Mr Sajeev Philip is an academician with 25 years of experience serving prestigious schools across the country. He is a postgraduate in English and Political Science besides having a degree in Bachelor in Education. In 2012, he assumed the position of  Head of Department, English and in July 2020, he was promoted to the Head Of Senior School. In 2023, he was further promoted to the Principal. 

Besides being an outstanding teacher, he has been the architect of the school magazine since 2012. Under his able leadership and guidance, the school has put up some excellent adaptations of Broadway productions and Shakespearean plays on Annual Days.

Ms. Anjana Vashishtha is an esteemed educator renowned for her leadership and
innovation in education and technology. With over twenty years of experience, she
began her journey at The Khaitan School, Noida in 2008 as a PGT Computer Science
Teacher. In 2021, she assumed the pivotal role of Head of the Computer Science
Department. Holding a Master’s degree in Science with a specialization in Information
Technology, Ms. Vashishtha showcases her expertise and passion in the field.
Ms. Vashishtha is recognized for her exceptional organizational skills, particularly in
successfully managing the Annual IT fest for the past decade. Her unwavering
dedication to student engagement has consistently ensured the event’s success year
after year. Additionally, she has been appointed as the Head Examiner by the Central
Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for both 2022 and 2023, further highlighting her
commitment to academic excellence.

Mr. Sachin Sharma, our esteemed Head of Middle School, brings with him a wealth of academic experience spanning over a decade in esteemed educational institutions across Delhi NCR. With a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Amity University, Noida, Mr. Sharma’s expertise is complemented by his prior role as a Project Associate at IIT Delhi.

Notably, he proudly attained the 6th National rank and 2nd State rank in the National Teachers Olympiad, underscoring his dedication to excellence in education. His journey at The Khaitan School began as a Science teacher, and he has since contributed significantly as the Head of the Examination Department for the Middle School, showcasing his multifaceted capabilities and commitment to fostering academic excellence.

Ms Pallavi Tyagi is an accomplished educational leader with over 11 years of experience in curriculum design, academic leadership and school development. A passionate advocate of Constructivism, she believes children learn best through exploration, inquiry and meaningful experiences.

Guided by a deep understanding of child psychology, she is committed to creating a nurturing environment where every learner feels valued, challenged and inspired. Her leadership is driven by empathy, collaboration and the belief that education empowers children to become confident, compassionate and responsible individuals.

Ms. Kuheli Chatterjee is a compassionate and experienced Special Education Professional with 17 years of invaluable expertise in leading institutions across Kolkata, Noida, and Greenville, South Carolina. As an early intervention education therapist, special education teacher mentor, and multi-categorical special education teacher, she has honed her expertise in supporting students with diverse learning needs.

As a registered RCI professional specializing in Neuromuscular Impairment and Locomotor Disability, Ms. Kuheli’s dedication to empowering students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is unwavering. Her journey began with volunteering for Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata, reflecting her genuine passion for making a positive impact.

Her teaching philosophy, “You empower a child, you empower a family and community,” has shaped her remarkable journey, where she identifies SEN students and provides essential training to teachers, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all. Ms. Kuheli’s commitment to making a positive impact has touched countless lives along her inspiring path.

Ms. Tania Sharma is a passionate and experienced educator dedicated to nurturing young learners during their formative years. A law graduate with a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and a B.Ed., she chose teaching as her true calling.

At The Khaitan School, she has progressed from an English educator and architect of the Primary Reading Programme to Head of the Primary Wing, and now leads the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Wing. She focuses on fostering children’s academic, social and emotional development while mentoring teachers and strengthening school-parent partnerships.

With prior experience leading early years education and admissions in Lucknow and Mumbai, along with managing large-scale academic operations, Ms. Sharma brings both educational expertise and strong leadership. Known for her child-centric approach, she has been recognised with multiple performance accolades for creating engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
