- What is the age criterion for admission in class Nursery?For admission in Nursery, the child must be at least 3-years old on 31st July of the said academic year. For example, if you are applying for session 2026-27, your child should be 3 years old as of 31st July 2026.
- What is the admission process?The steps for admission are as follows:1. Parents can enquire for admission of their children here. 2. Our admissions team will then connect with you on call and send you a registration link on WhatsApp and Email. 3. Complete your registration and submit online. 4. You and your child will be invited for an interaction, campus tour, curriculum overview and documentation. 5. If admission is granted, the fee link and Document Link will be emailed and WhatsApp-ed to you. Complete pending documentation, if any, and deposit fees. 6. - Existing Student - notice period of one month is mandatory, failing which applicable fees in lieu of notice period is payable. All dues such as Transport, Library, Late Fees, School Fee or any other outstanding fees must be paid in full to obtain a clearance & NOC.
- New Student (i.e., before the commencement of the session) - the entire Quarterly Fees will be refunded except for Registration and Admission Fees, both of which are non-refundable.
- What are the fee waivers offered by the school?The Khaitan School offers the following fee waivers:1. In line with the RTE Act, we provide 100% fee waiver on Composite School Fee to eligible students. 2. Staff Discounts: We provide 50% waiver on the Composite School Fee for children of staff members, subject to approval by the school's Management. 3. Re-admission Waivers: Students enrolling back to The Khaitan School are eligible for waivers on the one-time Admission Fee.
- What is the eligibility for Class 1 admission?The child must be 6 years old as on 31 March of the academic year in which admission is sought. For example, for the 2026–27 academic session, the child must have turned at least 6 years old on or before 31 March 2026 to be eligible for Class 1.
