The Khaitan School is proud to announce that a team of its young innovators has secured a coveted position among the Top 2000 teams in the Youth Ideathon 2025, a nationwide competition organised by CBSE and ThinkStartup. This recognition places them among some of the brightest and most creative student minds from across India.
Representing the school with exceptional skill and imagination, the team comprises Aviral Agrawal (12D), Suvradeep Banerjee (12D), Pranay Gupta (11D), and Aditya Dutta (10C). Their groundbreaking idea, “Nasha Rakshak,” stood out for its strong social impact, practical utility, and innovative technology.

About the Innovation: “Nasha Rakshak”
“Nasha Rakshak” is a device designed to help individuals overcome harmful habits such as drinking and smoking. The device functions by detecting harmful intake and alerting the user’s loved ones in real time, enabling timely intervention and support.
A unique and powerful feature of the device is its potential integration with automobiles. When connected to a car, it can prevent the vehicle from starting if the driver is under the influence, thereby promoting responsible behaviour and helping reduce accidents caused by impaired driving.
A Proud Moment for the School
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the team’s creativity, empathy, and commitment to solving real-world problems. Their success also reflects the school’s dedication to fostering innovation and critical thinking among students.
A special appreciation goes to Ms. Tanu Chhabra, Teacher In-Charge, whose mentorship, guidance, and unwavering support played a pivotal role in refining the idea and preparing the team for the competition.
The Khaitan School congratulates the students on this impressive accomplishment and wishes them continued success as they progress in the Youth Ideathon journey. Their innovation truly embodies the spirit of student-led problem-solving and positive societal change.
