The Khaitan School, Noida organised an engaging and thought-provoking Digital Wellness Workshop to help students understand the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with technology and developing mindful screen habits.

 

The workshop featured two distinguished resource persons, Mr. Sameer Khanna, Physics Faculty at Allen Career Institute with 10 years of teaching experience, and Dr. Gaurav Chauhan, a Ph.D. in Adolescent Psychology and alumnus of Delhi University and SSJU. Dr. Chauhan is an experienced counsellor specialising in student mental health, stress management and crisis support.

The session focused on the growing importance of digital wellness and healthy screen-time habits among students. Through an interactive discussion, students were encouraged to reflect on their everyday technology use and understand how excessive screen engagement can affect their routines, concentration and overall well-being.

 

The speakers highlighted the importance of limiting screen usage, taking regular digital breaks and consciously creating time for offline activities. Students were encouraged to engage in physical activities and hobbies, spend quality time with family and friends, and make space for meaningful real-world interactions.
