The Middle Wing marked World Art Day with great enthusiasm through a series of engaging visual art and pottery activities conducted over eight days, culminating in a grand exhibition on 25th April 2026. The celebration aimed to nurture creativity, inspire artistic exploration, and provide students with meaningful opportunities to express themselves through diverse art forms.

Students from Grades VI to VIII participated wholeheartedly in a wide range of creative projects. Grade VI students designed vibrant Abstract Vases, experimenting with bold patterns and imaginative colour combinations that reflected their originality. Grade VII students explored Minimalist Sunset compositions, capturing the beauty of nature through simplicity, balance, and harmonious colour palettes. Meanwhile, Grade VIII students worked on Minimalist Architecture, creating artworks inspired by geometric precision and contemporary design aesthetics.

A special highlight of the celebration was the collaborative pottery work. Grade VI students crafted delicate Lotus forms, while Grade VII students created Ceramic Lotus Petals. These individual creations were thoughtfully brought together into a unified installation, symbolizing harmony, creativity, and teamwork. Grade VIII students further showcased their skills through coil pottery, demonstrating a strong understanding of traditional hand-building techniques, structure, and surface detailing.o.
