As part of the ongoing MATE research initiative, trained counsellors will now conduct these workshops for students and parents of Classes VI to VIII in their respective schools. Participation in the programme will be based on informed consent from students and parents who wish to be a part of this significant mental health and well-being initiative.

The conclave proved to be an enriching and empowering experience, equipping counsellors with practical tools, contemporary knowledge, and research-based strategies to support adolescents effectively. The programme reinforced the shared commitment of CBSE, AIIMS, and schools towards creating emotionally resilient, self-aware, and mentally healthy learners, while advancing the vision of holistic education and student well-being.
