As part of its continued commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment, The Khaitan School, Noida, conducted a comprehensive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training session on 31st July 2026. The programme was attended by all staff members from the ECCE, Primary, Middle, Senior School, and Administrative Departments, reflecting the school’s collective commitment to upholding the principles of dignity, equality, and professional conduct.
The session was led by Ms. Sanah Batta, an experienced resource person, who delivered an engaging and insightful workshop on the provisions of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. Through a well-structured presentation, she explained the definition of sexual harassment, various forms of inappropriate behaviour, employees’ rights and responsibilities, the role of the Internal Committee (IC), and the procedures for reporting and addressing complaints.
Using practical examples and interactive discussions, Ms. Batta highlighted the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and creating a workplace culture founded on mutual respect, accountability, and sensitivity. The participants actively engaged throughout the session, raising pertinent questions and discussing workplace scenarios that enhanced their understanding of the Act and its practical application.
